And? Congress didn't "have to" certify the electors. The example just didn't make sense. How does California or Covid tyranny prove the states have "weight" against the Feds when the Feds were encouraging it in the first place?

What did that regulation do? How was big tech's power reduced?

The states don't need legal binding agreements. What they "can" do on paper doesn't mean anything.

Yeah I have worked in one (energy), regulated from both the Fed and state level, both benefiting the same people in the industry (green sector), both to the detriment of me and my locality.

So whose life has the Florida regulation made challenging?
