For the states that actually want a secure voting system, shouldn’t we be able to create a block chain voting system? With a block chain system, people could actually vote over the internet or in person with absolute integrity.

I don’t think blockchain would have prevented mail in ballots counted illegally and adjudicated by hand. The liberals wanted the machines to beat Trump but they were prepared this time with fake ballots and manual adjudication. Which the below comments are correct, you need a voter iD, paper ballots. Now what could be done is that you receive and email confirmation of your vote and who you voted for as evidence to be disputed in an election challenge.
I’m thinking of securing my state and worrying about the rest of them later. We have some house cleaning to do in the primaries.
