Under what authority can the CDC issue criminal penalties?
The democrat authority; so, not legally; but still enforceable if you're a white, or supported Trump.
The endgame here is declaring Conservatism a public health crisis. Pretense for the re-education camps. If nothing is done to stop them, they will keep going.
My exact thought. They can’t make laws and policies and have no enforcement. It would be like NASA declaring policies that must be followed and threatening to prosecute people who don’t listen. The CDC can recommend guidelines, that’s it.
Threatening criminal penalties does not sound like this is voluntary at all.
I’ve seen this one coming for years - I called it at least a decade ago. The “public health” machine has been another Gramscian adventure for some time now
I majored in pub health for awhile. I changed majors when they started talking about gun control being public health. The logic they use is that guns can directly impact your health if you get shot. It's aaalll about controlling us.
