You are exactly right! And you would think with Justices Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch who was nominated by President Trump and who President Trump fought for would have at least been willing to HEAR the evidence. If they would have just heard the evidence and then they could have made a ruling based on the evidence. But they just outright refused.
