!!!BECAUSE HE'S DOING EVERYTHING THEY ASK!!! I'm sure a few Executive Orders will be put in front of Joe as a joke with the staff muttering to to themselves, "No way he's going to sign that. Wait, he's looking it over... Oooohh he signed it! I can't believe he actually signed that!
