This is not Marine One, which is typically a helicopter. The landing gear are aft/behind the stairs not in front. If he was on a fixed wing aircraft which the nose gear indicates what this aircraft is, it would be AF1 if operated by the Airforce.
While this man stole the election, lets not be stupid here pedes, we are better than misinformation, a simple google search of what Marine One typically is will show this.

Marine One literally cant be a fixed wing aircraft, its a designation equal to Air Force One while the President is on board the Marine's helicopter. If is a fixed wing bird then it's Air Force One.
While I understand the point of this meme, I'd hate for us to look stupid and uninformed.
"One" is added to whatever service branch operates the aircraft. If the President boarded a marine fixed wing aircraft, then yes, it would be called Marine One. If the President boarded an Army helicopter, it would be Army One. A Coast Guard copter? Coast Guard One.
