Not only is this dumbing things down so much as to be meaningless but they talk about it like its some kind of magic.
Innovation happens when innovation happens. When you have to say a statement as redundant and basic as that you know they're missing a few sticks of RAM.
The strongest source of innovation comes from talented individuals and they tend to be suppressed by teamwork.
Diversity is neither guaranteed to produce innovation nor required. In thin segment it might help such as in advertising though that kind of creativity mostly tends to be junk a little like modern art.
There's also no such thing as antiracist. You're either racist or you're not.
Call me a genius though I've come up with a solution to this whole thing. You know what's easier than trying to get everyone else to perform as well as white people?
We should just all under perform to achieve equity. It'll wipe out trillions from the GDP but what's more important racial equity or collective success?
It's a lot easier to under perform than over perform. There will be less to go around but at least it'll go around evenly.
