Don't create more shit for business owners who are struggling to stay open as it is. Getting them fined isn't the way.

Go into government buildings instead.

I agree. Target needs to be large chains. Walmart, target, Costco, home depot etc.

If needed, wear one to the entrance, take it off once inside.
