They wouldn't raise the tax

Yupp, dont know anyone that quit cause it was too pricey. Def will just hurt the pockets of nincotine users often poor already.

Of course it is

In my country cost of cigs almost doubled since I started smoking, although it should be noted that wages also went up

But still - 87% of price of cigs is all taxes combined, go figure
