"raising taxes on cigarettes bring in more money for health" is utter bullshit. The money isn't put into a special account for hospital upkeep. Those funds go into general revenue just like car speeding tickets which don't go toward fixing local roads. Those funds just become a bigger state budget addiction like every other vice out there to just garner more of it to feed into the bigger bureaucracy it funds, claiming otherwise is just a fat lie.
