America's adversaries and enemies absolutely loathe the guy, especially China. You see the crap they write about him. I think he would be solid on foreign policy issues. On domestic issues however, I have no idea what he really thinks.
Your best bet might be to get as many new people as possible who have been doing what they need to make decisions about, like run businesses, farming, medicine, but have not been in politics before. That My Pillow guy, the woman doctor who got arrested, Simone Gold? That type of people. Okay, maybe a few who will know how to deal with international politics will be needed.
If you had told me 5 years ago that Pompeo was anything but a reptile I would have laughed in your face. Now? I'm not so sure any more. He had a fucking spectacular run, and I personally believe--based solely on my own observation so take that with a truckload of salt--that Pompeo found redemption in Trump and began to live up to his potential as a leader and a human being.

Redemption is an incredibly powerful force in the human psyche. I refuse to discount the possibility that the swamp thing had a genuine change of heart and respecc'ed his talent points out of Complete And Utter Bastard into the American Badass skill tree.
