I like them - it forces people who don't know anything about it to do the research themselves. If he'd just told people, they'd be less apt to believe him and/or call him a conspiracy theorist. Doing one's own research leads people to truth.

If I researched everything some random dude on twitter tells me to I wouldn't do anything else anymore. Show me the fucking info and evidence and I'll look into it. But don't just drop vague hints.

It doesn't force anyone to do anything except for people who might still naively have an interest in obscure posts

Most look at it and ignore it

"Forces" was the wrong word to use, so yes, you're right in that respect. However, most would look at it and skip over it it anyway, whether he'd given more information or not. I just think a curious person is more apt to believe the research and conclusions that they come to themselves when it comes to certain subjects.
