Car equivalent, you get smashed on both sides by two different cars.. you absolutely go after both (hopefully) insured drivers, for the total amount allowable. And then you negotiate. If lawyers told me I could do that, I would. Car equivalent, you get smashed on both sides by two different cars.. you absolutely go after both (hopefully) insured drivers, for the total amount allowable. And then you negotiate.
