There's a difference between SLV and physical silver. Understanding that difference is important to your financial well-being. This has nothing to do with the GME short squeeze. It has to do with with silver price being suppressed for over a hundred years and is historically the best currency.

It is also a major element in solar panels if I've been told correctly. It's not simply about owning metal at this point it is something they need and will only get harder and harder to find. At that point it's develop a new technology or switch to wind. Kek

Not quite; many other metals can replace silver as a conductor in a photovoltaic cell. The primary element in standard monocrystalline and polycrystalline cells is a silicon compound. Thin-film cells use a cocktail of elements, but silver isn't usually one of them.

Silver used to be more prevalent in solar panels, but as the technology has gotten better it's a minuscule amount.

And circuit boards for tech industry from what I understand. We tried to buy silver over 6 mos ago and couldn't do it bcuz we were being forced to buy an ungodly amount we couldn't afford to do.

We don't do the stock market and this is exactly why - it's so frustrating
