Don’t forget the truck driver who reported his pallets of new, fully made out , uncreased ballots he picked up in New York State - then delivered them to Harrisburg Pa. only to get the run around by postal authorities at the dock and then the trailer containing the fake ballots were missing the next day... What does vote weighting mean?
It means that a vote can “weighted” to be worth more or less one whole vote. So I cast one vote for Trump but the system records .80 votes or I cast one vote for Biden and it casts 1.20 votes.
That’s why we see vote totals with decimal points and that’s why the mathematical models show evidence of weighting. The report showed it was enabled.
Easiest way to win this argument: "Can you give me a single plausible reason why multiple large Democrat run cities in swing states would all kick out ballot observers, which is against the law, if they weren't trying to hide something?"

Here's an argument you could try on your co-worker; On January 6th, there were going to be hearings on the validity of the election results. This was to be done according to the law. Also on January 6th, some people were let into the Capitol Building and caused some mayhem. The two events are separate, but many GOP Congresscritters used the "outrage" as justification for ignoring the legitimate legal process.
