So if I'm on a jury, and the evidence was gathered by the FBI?

Well, I know what that means. It means it has zero credibility. No way I convict based on that shit.

And no, I would not be a biased juror. I listen to all the evidence and testimony and give it all equal weight. Except I know that the FBI is the enforcement arm of the Communist government. So if that's what their prosecution is based on... NOT GUILTY.

How long though before trial by jury is eradicated. The Constitution is toilet paper to these pedos.

I've heard lawyers say it's better to word it as "I do not think the prosecutor proved guilt beyond a reasonable doubt". Not sure if one is better than the other, but jurors that refuse to vote guilty due to bad reasons have been thrown off juries before. Also, you technically aren't even obligated to explain your reasoning to a judge, so it's better to decline to answer if asked why.

This comment needs to be upvoted nonstop by everyone.

The other jury members are likely brainwashed normies who will nod along to the most heinous demands of the judge.

You need to blend in by just nodding your head.

Say nothing to anyone and just vote not-guilty

You can't be "guilty" if you haven't actually committed a real crime

Most people never get to jury trials. They end up taking “PLEA DEALS” because they cannot afford attorney fees. While General Flynn is one example, ($3.5M I think?), the practice is well established.

I am aware of one case where an over zealous police officer pulled an IT programmer out on lunch with his wife over for “drunk driving”. The IT programmer had not been drinking (he and his wife had just left work and not even made it to a restaurant yet), was a religious man whose faith did not permit drinking (which he followed), and had a health condition requiring medication that would have probably killed him if mixed with alcohol.

In other words, no way this guy was “drunk driving” but he was driving an old beater car so the expectation was “probably won’t have the money to fight it”.

My friend is an IT programmer and frugal (three kids in college) and he spent over $15,000 fighting this bogus charge, and the response was for them to keep UPPING THE CHARGE. Suddenly, he had been “resisting arrest” - wtf? (No body cam footage.) Etc. They finally agreed to a minor plea deal (remember that the attorney prosecuting him got paid by the people who wanted his money, so they had lots of time to keep bleeding his bank account), and the final insult was the judge throwing away the deal and giving him a fine and something insane like 200 hours of community service.

For literally NOTHING except taking his wife to lunch.

He did his time with people who had robbed, assaulted and dealt drugs, and they had a fraction of the “community service” because they didn’t fight back.

Never forget that the system is rigged. Once you are in it, you are a profit center - your fees pay for their salaries from the parole officer to the administrative staff. Once you are in the criminal justice system, you are the product and rarely seen as a person.

This is why going all in on “back the blue” is a farce.

You have to look at the incentive structure.

People in government don’t get more power by solving problems... they get more by having more problems to solve. Unfortunately many (of course not all) LE included.

Yup, but MUH THIN BLUE LINE. 🤣 Blue line dick suckers here are the worst IMHO. If the reaction to the last few months events by LEO all around the country have t woken people up to the truth, nothing will. You are on your own, and if you dare to do the job of enforcing and following the constitution, they will make you pay. You may beat the rap, but you won’t beat the ride that the state and the media put you though. Remember, the process is the punishment.

Contrary to the popular belief here, LEO are not our friends. They are the HR department for the government on steroids. If you’re an exemplary citizen/employee that somehow causes any type of stress/heartache for the government/company, they will do everything in their power to destroy you even if what you are doing is morally right and/or makes them follow their own company polices, that they refuse to abide by(oath to the constitution). This is often done in order to save/siphon money and/or protect other protected class employees/citizens while establishing more control and power over anyone willing to stand up for themselves. Don’t believe me, just look at what has gone on since chyna flu/Fent Floyd has gone on. Even before that, look what has been done to GEOTUS, Flynn, and Stone among others. It’s blatantly obvious.

There is also the issue of job security. Self reliance by citizens is not in the PD's own best interest so they'll come down on any citizen doing for themselves, orders or not. They're no different from any other government agency that require people to be totally reliant on them for their own selfish interests.

Unfortunately when the third world is running wild in the first world, first world justice is no longer applicable. Add the fact that the “justice” system has been subverted and isn’t and can no longer work as intended, and we live in 🤡🌎.

The justice system and its “enforcers” have proven time and time again that they actually protect the morally corrupt criminals from the moral law abiding citizenry while at the same time penalizing and arresting them for enforcing morality that the state refuses to. We all have to stop living in the world the way we wish it was and start living in it the way it actually is. 🤷🏼‍♂️

My reply to another post on the issue.

“ Go check my history If you still believe I don’t know what the large majority of what street/beat cops deal with. I know all to well the type of animals encounter and general evil and hatred they receive at any given time/encounter. I also never said all cops everywhere are enforcing mask laws all the time. I’m saying there are examples out there even on video where one POS LEO does push the issue and his coworkers back him instead of calling him out on his bullshit. Shame by your peers and equals is a hell of a deterrent, and we have very little of that in many if not all of said cases. These are the LEOs that make up the majority of the problem in this country IMHO. It’s not the ones we see and witness doing the actual unconstitutional and cowardice acts, but the ones who just stand by and allow it to happen, and that makes up at least, and I think I’m being kind with this figure, 50% of LEO that participate in the system in any capacity from the top to the bottom. I’m talking Judges, DAs, and all the way down to street level LEOs.

I know you’re not going to like this, but the agnostic/fence sitting LEOs are not the only reason, but a huge part of the reason they are in the situation they’re in now IMHO. They thought they were going to be able to just keep on coasting by without picking the side of morality and their oath to the constitution and that their elected communists masters wouldn’t throw them under the bus. THEY WERE WRONG!!!

They made their bed and now they’re are being forced to lie in it, unfortunately many good moral LACs are suffering because of it also, and I’m sure there will be many more. You will never understand how difficult it is for me to say these things, but I never avoid the harsh unapologetic truths.

I’m not happy about the state of affairs in this country, but I understand why it is happening, and why it had to happen, and I’m just glad it happened sooner than later so we actually still have a chance to correct it.“

Jury trial, dont waive your right to a speedy trial.

And ive seen quite the opposite happen in domestic violence cases in WA state. My parents would get drunk and fight so much the cops knew the whole family by name.

Every time my dad or stepmom got arrested they would plea not guilty and the other would refuse to press charges. Prosecutors hate risking a not guilty and without a cooperative witness they dropped the case every time.

Jury cases are expensive too, if the case ends up actually going to a jury trial they are either very confident you are guilty or its Kamala Harris trying to get some cheap labor.

When you see that the FBI lawyer to forged the FISA evidence to start framing Gen. Flynn and Carter Page et al, to get at the President, pleaded guilty and will do no prison, and was fined $100, you know that the FBI is hopelessly corrupt from top to bottom. From Christopher Wray down to the gumshoe on the street. ANYTHING they bring to a trial is garbage, because THEY are garbage.

This is an excellent idea. The only way to equalize the scales of justice is just to let everybody go free. It's our only recourse until they fix the system.

"They" will never "fix" the system. They ARE the system.

Isn't it funny that the deep state claimed Trump had been compromised when, in fact, the entire Federal government has been compromised?

No Federal employee seems to do their job because it is the right thing to do (and there are no consequences for doing the wrong thing), rather they all act as Democrats who act as globalists.

It was projection. They accuse their enemy of their own faults to create confusion and force them to go on the defensive. The fact is he was completely innocent and they are the most wicked people on the face of this planet.

As much as jury duty sucks ass, it is very important to do your part to STOP asshole prosecutors and judges from destroying peoples lives. If the guy on trial is a filthy scumbag raper/pedo etc you get to put him away in the clink, if the guy on trial posted a meme that offended democrats, then you IGNORE what the judge says and let him go scott free.

8
TheBillyBlaze 8 points ago +8 / -0

I have been doing this for two years. In Texas, the Judge must comply with the juries decision (guilt/innocence). I literally spend 90% of my time during voir dire explaining the Constitution to the prospective jurors and subsequently picking the individuals who seem duly excited to punish the State. During closing, I remind the jurors that the rule of law is the US Constitution and the the Defendant's rights under the Constitution shall not be infringed upon.

A_Colostomy_Bag 6 points ago +6 / -0

Imagine being in law enforcement and having to read this board and realizing that your reputation has gone to shit because of all the corruption exposed the last few years.

It may make you angry but at some level you must be sad because you know people like me used to look up to you and admire what I thought you were. Now I just shake my head in disappointment and disgust. I know you're not all bad but enough of you are to let them do what they are doing to our country. That makes me angry but it makes me more sad.

The liberal judge just vacates the jury verdict and decides him/her/zer/zits self.

5

Perhaps it is time to remove the judges for not upholding the laws of the land and the Constitution. They are not put on the bench to legislate.

5
Foletado 5 points ago +5 / -0

The essential part is that when being interviewed to participate in a jury, you must pretend that you do not know about nullification.

0
magamemer [S] 0 points ago +3 / -3

No. Never lie under oath. Of course I've heard of nullification. But I want to hear all evidence and make my own judgement as to a person's guilt. It's just that the FBI has no credibility. Of course, I won't know at that stage if the FBI is involved at all.

5
geotus3000 5 points ago +5 / -0

"I'm not a lawyer, can you explain it to me."

They won't, you didn"t lie, they'll move on.

If one of the other jurors hears you talk about it in deliberation, and tells the prosecutor, they can subpoena your internet history and social media to check to see if you knew about it before hand and lied. It's happened before; keeping your mouth shut (or giving a non-answer that isn't a lie) is the correct move.

3
randomusers239874 3 points ago +3 / -0

^this. If it's found that you lied when asked this question (or at all during jury selection), you will be found guilty of perjury, and the case you sat on will be declared a mistrial. It's possible to answer questions in a such a way that gives no real answer, and isn't a lie.

2
TexasJack 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't think the average person would be familiar with the term.

5
magamemer [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

They will be coming for jury trials soon, though. They already took away your vote. They took away your right to peaceably assemble. They took away attorney-client privilege. They took away the right against unreasonable search and seizure. They are taking your property through civil forfeiture with NO due process. They are nullifying the 2nd Amendment. They have cut the balls off the First Amendment. Soon you will have none of your rights, and the transformation into totalitarianism is complete. We still have the jury box, and should use it until the end.

2
geotus3000 2 points ago +2 / -0

Juries are already compromised. Shadowgate did a great job explaining how the process works. If they want to railroad you, they will make sure your jury pool will convict. Combine that with oppressive up charges to force the innocent into taking plea deals out of desperation and juries are essentially irrelevant.

NadlerShartWaddle 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is the way

4
BidensEarPeice 4 points ago +4 / -0

I am going to do this if I’m on a jury for any Gun possession crime. I’ll apply the law as it’s intended where the constitution is above all other laws and it says plain as day shall not be infringed. It doesn’t say if he was a past criminal or he’s not old enough or it carries to many bullets. It says shall not be infringed so I would know no laws were broken because those laws aren’t even legal laws.

The Church is the last standing group big enough to effect real defense against what is coming,

If they arrest us, jury nullification

If they come to seize guns, thousands of 2cnd ammendment supporters need to network to PHISICALLY SHOW UP AND DEFEND each others homes

We need our own banks and food infrastructure NOW...we won't be able to buy it sell without their "mark"

We also need a christian.win, this is the Next and final battlefield of ideas

3
randomusers239874 3 points ago +4 / -1

This isn't true; you're excluding a pretty significant number of allies from the cause if you try to conflate fighting for freedom with Christianity. Stop trying to shoe horn your religion into the conflict. At least half of Christians are pro-refugee and support BLM, so keep your religion to yourself.

1
magamemer [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

God isn't going to save us here on Earth. His salvation is for the next life. He says that in the Bible. What happens here is all based on free will of imperfect and often evil mankind. That we haven't all been exterminated yet is a testiment to the amazing resilience and courage of a few amazing specimens, including our Founding Fathers. Their belief in a Creator, and thence in god-given Rights. But they never thought that praying would free them from the yoke of the Crown. They knew their fate was theirs to master. We could learn from them.
