I'm going to have to say their strategy to make stuff up did not work because POTUS beat them at every turn. So they were forced to go to their final and most desperate option. They had to commit massive election fraud so obvious that anyone could see it, except those who were in on it and their supporters. They became the Baghdad Bob of conspirators with their mantra, "there is no evidence of fraud" repeated over and over again.
