Every thing we bought has been in like new condition and reasonably priced. Every employee has been helpful and courteous whether in person or on the phone. One even gave detailed advice, unprompted, on technical gotchas with a ps4 controller on a pc. He saved me hours of frustration. I get they will lowball you on trade ins but that's typical for any business doing trades.
