I’m a Verizon wireless customer and have an iPhone 11 which is supposed to not be 5G capable. All of a sudden without my concent I’m seeing the 5G symbol at the top of my phone screen. I’m absolutely terrified. What should I do?

5g is marketing, in the vast majority it's on standard cell frequencies. In big cities there is some millimeter wave nano cells. No one knows what effects prolonged exposure low power 65ghz ionizing radiation will be.
