She got arrested because she admitted that she was in the capitol building on the 6th.

I'm not interested in riot vs protest semantics. She admitted to doing something she knew the corrupt people in charge were trying to label a terrorist act. She was arrested for speaking out against that and saying she was there, not because of HCQ claims that turned out to be true.
