I suspect he is being advised to do this by his attorneys who are starting to realize that they are liable for some number of the deaths of all victims in countries where facebook it actively used and they actively chose and deliberately suppressed medial information without having any kind of medical training or authority to do so.

I remember talking to an attorney months ago now (~June) that told me several of the major firms were even then looking at legal actions. I can't imagine that there are not many who are utterly foaming at the mouth from all the drooling over the legal actions they will be able to take against the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, etc. They blocked medical information being provided by board certified clinicians with the authority to provide medial treatment and write prescriptions based on claims of medical misinformation …. that is quite a bad legal position to be in for a huge company with many billions of dollars to have taken from them.

There is no legal war chest in the world that will defend against "Did Facebook suppression of life saving medical treatments kill your parents?"
