I try not to look so much at the outside. There is a person I was around not too long ago.
I assumed (notice "ass" "u" & "me") that a person I had been around mostly casually was on the liberal side (gasp, he is an online student at UC Berkeley).
We got left by ourselves for a couple hours.
Not sure how we got there but started taking about guns & he had gotten his CCW permit recently.
I looked at the ground & asked him if he was a liberal or conservative.
Told him he could tell me it was not my business & that was OK.
(Old school raised. You do not ask how much money someone makes, or their politics. Broke that rule on this day.)
Turns out he is conservative.
I was stunned.
Now I got another friend I can 1000% be myself around.
As I see so often said here "feels good, man!
Looks like the type of people that voted for a government that does that.
