slight correction - you will be detained even without a positive test. you will be tested upon arrival and then detained until you receive a result.

Even negative you have to stay at home under increasing Surveillance and have to pay 2k for the test. Wow what BS. And cutting our travel to Mexico and Caribbean? Why? Afraid people will see life is close to normal there?
