I may get slammed for this bu I am going to ask the stupid question. Under what declaration are soldiers deployed in DC? If I try to breach a fence in DC, I am assuming I could be shot. Where does that authority come from? Was there an emergency declaration? Was martial law declared in DC?

It's a good question. Technically the President has control of NG in DC but most are not from DC. TX recalled their Soldiers so obviously the states are not under Federal orders the way I see it. Otherwise they could not leave. Someone would have stopped them. Nobody did. I found it interesting than when Abbot said they are coming home to TX Biden didn't say a fucking word. That tells me there is no squirrel secret directive holding those Soldiers there. States can pull them if they want.
I was in the USMC and NG for 20 yrs. Private - CPT. I know the system fairly well. The real receipt is understanding who is paying them under what title/directive. I know during the BP oil spill, BP was funding it for example.

The more important question is "Why do we still have a military?". Obviously they are not defending Americans but serving as a private army to the whims of globalist traitors. Why would anyone join?
President Trump signed the order when he got pissed off at his supporters thinking they were responsible for the bogus Capital building break in. So far, he has not publicly changed his position.
