Gitmo is and always was a scam, Bush pals built it, provide all of its food, beds, clothes, etc., the people they threw in there were people turned in by locals for rewards, the reason most of them have never been charged is because they never did anything.

Gitmo is one of the most enduring and appalling examples of US corruption.
