I bought 2 - 9000 series mufflers 2 weeks ago. I called the company up and the owners wife picked up. I asked about my order status i placed last week, she mentioned because they make them inhouse, they take time to ship out. None the less, mufflers arrive this Tuesday.
Send them some orders next time you need a muffler. They sound awesome!

Buy local whenever possible. If you can't find it locally, find a small business with similiar values and order from there. Avoid Corporations.
