Except that's not what's going to happen. They're going to take that money and it's going to go into the pockets of politicians and such as kick backs. Just like how literally not a single dollar for those 'pakistani transgender studies' is going to go to its alleged purpose and everyone fucking knows it.
Is this how we repay loans to other countries? Disguise the payments as charity? Or are the payments to keep China from bribing their way into bed with those countries?

Even if it were going to it’s intended purpose, it won’t make a dent in the number of people influxing here.
