Military leadership in particular has been compromised for a while. Obummer removed a shit ton of 'disloyal' officers. Plus, what's a requirement for becoming an officer? A college degree? Do colleges generally push conservative/Constitutional values or liberal 'progressive' tripe? Air Force has openly stated they're looking to fill leadership roles with more <anyone who isn't a white male>. I work with the military. The other day there was a sergeant gloating about how he read Obummer/Michelle's book, and how they're great people and whatnot. Right after the inauguration, this fuck comes back into our office and gloats how he won't have to see the "orange man" anymore (his words). The right has had this love-affair with the military for a long time, but I don't know how many of them actually realize the state of our current military.
