So for all those court cases that were thrown out for some "amicu..." loophole that said they filed too late to be heard then okay. We are too late but can't we still get it heard for the record. Can't you revist the case and actually go to court and have a "discovery" phase.

Can't we go back to take these state cases to court just so we can have honest elections in 2022.

The cases have to be accepted by the court and put on the docket before the discovery phase begins. Until then, NO DISCOVERY FOR YOU!

This is what's great about Dominion suing Giuliani for $1.3 billion. They got the case on the docket so now discovery can begin. They fell into Rudy's trap. He's like a pig in shit now.
