I've seen this posted 3 times already. It is false. What did happen is the government got the boot from parliament (congress). There is no government. Noone can "remove all restrictions" because there is noone with the authority to sign on such a bill. Of course no government means there's also noone to enforce restrictions. But they didn't give up nor erase anything, they just got the boot.
