Yes. I am still waiting to see a single piece of evidence that there was any racial motivation in the George Kirby incident. The other black people that were in the car were doing just fine standing on the sidewalk. My black clients the Radiation Oncologist and the Dean of a College of Engineering seem to be doing quite well and they are not lying dead in the street with a body full of drugs.
