This logic is seriously flawed.

"When you go to war. Don't kill the soldiers shooting at you. Ask to speak to their commanding officer so you can lodge a complaint. The foot soldiers are only doing their jobs and trying to make a living."

The only difference in these situations is the use of force required. Otherwise they are not different. Management knows they are shielded. Executives know they are even further shielded.

When enough soldiers are killed, the higher ups decide to retreat. When enough workers get complaints, management will change policies.

Oil in a small puddle on the ground swirls the same way gas clouds in out space do. It's all the same!

Well fucking said! If everyone stopped tipping and left notes servers would be quitting or rules changing QUICK.

I agree. It's management that are holding customers hostage over the tipping thing.

Overall, one reason or society is so messed up is because we have greatly over valued "being nice". Any criticism at all it's seen as an afront to human dignity. It's garbage.

Agreed I was hanging out with my friend she used to be a server and got pissed when I didn't tip after they screwed up my drink 3 times and two of the replacements too! She feels you just tip and that's it!
