As someone who makes tips I have to say this is still fucked up. I'm all for boycotting the company but this is some petty ass shit pede. And if this is a restaurant I wouldn't eat there again if I was you, never fuck with the people making your food.

Fuck that. If you want a tip do a good job. Some times that includes shutting the hell up and just doing the basic job you were hired to do.
