Just pulled myself away from some flat earth nonsense I came across. Holy crap these people have answers for everything.

But them I realized we keep satellites in orbit because the planets a circle. Nice try assholes.

The earth is not flat.

Not flat but like a disc... imagine two plates, facing one another. It would explain Horizon curvature AND orbiting satellites... why is a world map flat? Does a world map correlate with a globe as far as placement? Don’t stay closed minded. There’s place where ALL possibilities exist... your earth can be round if you choose to believe that. Mine can be a disc if I choose... doesn’t really change my day to day of yours does it? It’s only about having to BE RIGHT that gets in the way. Maybe we are both wrong. Maybe we are also both right.

I tried to be open minded. The idea of the north pole being a vibrant space of life but the south pole is way darker and colder is interesting. But it's all explainable. We already knew the earth rotates on a tilted axis. God threw a master spiral on that biscuit and she's still spinnin.

If the earth were anything else than a semi circular item it wouldn't work. It can't be a saucer, have you ever seen a space live feed on earth rotating from the view of orbit? You can even watch a time lapse, the continents shift in the frame very plainly displaying the circular build and functionality of the orbiting system. How TF can Elon musk's space X have 1000+ satellites in space and keep them in orbit over one side of the saucer whilst the other side has its own satelites?
