Because unfortunately there are people watching. The vials are only good for about 5 hours and typically it is administered to groups of people assigned time slots. It's not like you can walk away, fill a syringe with saline and come back to administer it to the person who doesn't want the vaccine, but is being forced to take it or lose their job. It sucks but typically that's how it's done.

Ok there’s that. But it worked so great when it was all my head. I figured it would like the flu shot at CVS.
