I think people are giving Byrne a whole lot of credit where maybe they should not - I don't know. I do know he didn't vote for Trump in 2016 - he has said that publicly. I am just to the point I don't bestow automatic credibility because someone says they support Trump, or are in a position close to him, or use their supposed support of Trump as an opportunity to dump on someone. I have always found that people first out the gate to assign blame have mixed, if not totally malign motives.
Lost a lot of faith in the human race this year, I guess.
I like Byrne, but Rudy tried and did well. I expect him to lion up more now that Dominion is coming after him and he's taking them on and will only get more of his old form back.
Ditto. Rudy presented everything and more to state legislatures, even walked them through their constitutional rights & duties. They drug anchor. The courts wouldn’t even hear the evidence. That’s not on Rudy. That’s on the courts not wanting to be in the swamp’s crosshairs so badly that they’d rather allow the death of America. Rudy hauled ass & presented incredible evidence...PROOF... of the steal. The podcast was a tremendous service to Americans who didn’t watch the full hearings. Without educating the people of what was going on, we wouldn’t be as determined as we are to save our country.
The point is if the "Palace Guard" were undermining Trump and keeping well-intentioned people from him, whatever they did to Guilliani was likely on the same scale, and he was less prepared or able than Trump to discover and repel it. These people are players in the ugliest sense of the word. I think Byrne's tales of Rudy drinking are likely exaggerated, but not sure why. Easy target, maybe.
