My best guess is the "Project" (which is unworthy to use the name of Lincoln) is asking about K-Pop because they have been hijacking pro-GOP and Pro-Trump hashtags on Twitter for several months now, if not over a year.
At first, those K-Pop people were hijacking legitimately racist hashtags that Twitter wasn't taking down, and when Twitter started getting rid of them they moved on to targeting Trump and the GOP.
The TikTok teens need no introduction since a lot of them are really anti-Trump and were responsible for the inflated number of reservations at President Trump's first rally after the COVID lockdowns put a pause on them.
It's a reference to an Eminem song about a fan named Stan writing him a fan letter.
Stan has become synonymous with fan.
Yeah delusional/deranged fan... Which makes me wonder just what exactly that tweet means.
And considering "fan" is short for "fanatic"...I think our society may be hemorrhaging IQ points, is all.

More teens being reproduced by the retarded I see
What do you think, bud?
That's very informative, thanks!
I don't know if the term was around before the song but I heard it means stalker fan. Might have just been a convenient interpretation of Stan.
STALKER-FAN.
IT'S A CONTRACTION
