God isn't going to save us here on Earth. His salvation is for the next life. He says that as clear as day in the Bible. What happens here is all based on free will of imperfect and often evil mankind.

That we haven't all been exterminated yet is a testiment to the amazing brilliance and courage of a few amazing specimens, including our Founding Fathers. Their belief in a Creator, and thence in god-given Rights, was certainly a vital ingredient in the existence of the Constitution and the Declaration.

But they never thought that praying would free them from the yoke of the Crown. They knew their fate was theirs to master. We could learn from them. By their WORKS shall ye know them.

Jesus will set up a kingdom here and rule for 1000 years on earth . so yes justice will come here to this planet

Yes, but the part before that gets pretty bad for those who go through the tribulation (those not raptured before the wrath)

The nice thing about religion is that it comes with a money back guarantee. When you die if your reward is not all you expected just come back to your pastor and all your donations will be cheerfully refunded.

I read the Bible totally different.

The kingdom of heaven is here and now. Heaven is in the mind. The perfect is in the mind, and brought to earth through the children of faith. Jesus is the Archtype. It is people of faith that make things right.

You’re reading it wrong. You must have a different bible or you don’t actually read it.

I read it as metaphysical, everything is spiritual, new heaven and new earth happen all time, not looking to an unknown future but a pleasant reality. We are The Son of God.

No, we are not “the Son of God”. That is Jesus who is begotten of the Father. We are children of God, but we are adopted children grafted in. If you believe we are currently living in the kingdom of heaven, wow. I don’t want to live in your version of heaven. We are fallen people saved by grace living in a world ruled by satan (for now). You must be Mormon? Be careful. That is a cult. It is not Christianity

We are all Spiritual beings who are having a Human experience. One day we will each return to our Father in Heaven and all will be explained.

How did you lose being the image of God? Are you not created in the image of God? Stop explaining away your sonship, it is your birthright, unless you give it away.

You and I are made in the image of God. We are not begotten of God as Christ Jesus is

So how do you figure out how precisely close to the image of God you are?

As God is, so are we. We are children of God, made in God's likeness, don't down play that. We represent God on earth. You are the light of the world. Light is intelligence. Light begets light. We are to express God intelligence as God's children. All power has been given to the Son in heaven and on earth.

When you can learn to say I and the Father are one, you'll learn that you are how God expresses in the world. No other hands but ours. God is Spirit. We as sons speak the word of Spirit, we represent the Father. Quit downplaying your responsibility. God is not fixing this world, that is the job of the Son.

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the light. Tell me, who is the Bible referring to in John 1:1-5?

You should consider ditching your Mormon cult and pick up the actual word of God. I cannot argue with you based on scripture because you don't actually follow the word of God

People who put their faith in a magical sky creature are grossly misled. Thousands upon thousands of religions have existed through the eons. Each one believes theirs is the true one. Not possible. On top of that, there is HISTORICAL proof that the jews stole their stories of the ancient Sumerians. That means that if Judaism is fake, Christianity and Islam is too. Stop believing in that crap.

I used to think like you do, keep an open mind, you might see something someday that will shatter everything you believe.

I used to think like you, then I read a real book, not fantasy

All I'm saying is keep your mind open, you might see something one of these days that will make you change your mind. And when you do, if you do, it won't matter how many books you've read or how much "proof" you got.

You're not listening. I used to be religious then woke up from the brainwashing
