This post brought tears to my eyes out of joy. God sends us what we need hen we need it. I'm so thankful that you saw a sign that He has the largest and greatest family that will be here for you no matter what.

We are all praying for your boy to be healed. God is his creator and the great physician. We pray that the Lord touches the hearts and minds of his medical team to work miracles according to his will.

We are praying for you and your family that you will know the peace that passes all understanding and can rest in the arms of your Father.

We are praying that you have the strength you need to do good for your son and be a witness to all who crosses your path for the glory of God.

Be anxious for nothing, brother. God our father feeds the birds and clothes the flowers. You are infinitely more important to Him. We trust and have faith in his eternal goodness and mercy for your benefit.

Much love.

You speak the truth. The first night I got here I had a small tote and my boy had one pair of underwear a pair of shorts socks and a hospital gown from our hospital in Springfield Mo. I must have looked like a refugee. A kind nurse, a big black guy with a heart of gold took me for a quick walk after jackson went to sleep. He reminded me that God was driving and to let go the wheel. It was the speech I needed to hear exactly when I needs to hear it. Those first days were hard. I would wake up at 4 get his lab results and then walk around the leukemia ward (which I have since learned is exactly .09 of a mile) and bawl into my mask.

Do you need anything? My family is in central MS, but we would drop everything and drive to Memphis if we could help you in any way.
