Been waiting for a week for Robinhood to settle my funds so I can withdraw them, but I’m looking for a good platform to trade on and I haven’t the slightest on what a good platform is. Trying to get away from the big tech as much as possible but still tinkering with some trades. If someone knows what platform is safe to trade on, I would greatly appreciate the knowledge.

I've been using etrade for 20 years now. I stick with it out of habit, so I couldn't tell you what's better.
