You don't need a bullshit fake card. Just don't wear a mask!! If the business employees say anything (which they almost never will) you can tell them that you won't wear a mask and if they refuse your business, take it elsewhere.

I have been confronted. It goes one of two ways - they leave you alone or they kick you out. I’ve tried this in several states. Miami was zero tolerance. NJ as well. I’ve also seen maybe ten people total not wearing one in stores so I don’t think this movements gaining any steam sadly

Agreed. I actually recall roughly the month before the election seeing more no-maskers around the stores and then recently I'm usually the only one without a mask. It seemed like it was related to the election but it could also be more fake news about "new strains", whatever.

It could be me but it’s gotten worse since the election (if you can call it that). I have observed the verbiage being more strict and stores that never said anything have started to in my loca area. I’m seeing less people too. I believe it’s because people are feeling defeated and there’s not actually elevated concern for this.

Having barely worn a mask at all and proceeding as normal, it took nearly a year for me to catch the China flu. My results were clearly shared with the state because a worker called me with questions about where I got it and who I exposed. I told them I was not comfortable disclosing information. I was also back on my feet in a few days. The entire things overblown

I'm glad I don't live in a shitty blue area. It's great watching giant rednecks make fun of counter-karens trying to enforce anything. I've seen practically a whole store if not directly making fun of them laughing along.

This is what I do, but I've just developed a new tactic - if they say I have to leave, I say, that I will be happy to, but I would like their name, store number, and the contact info for their district manager. Then I call and lodge a complaint.

I did this though ADA and got no where with Whole Foods. Can you imagine, you cant get food without a mask? Same with Trader Joes. Bizarre. Guess where I wont be going again?

you guys need to understand the difference between public vs private. Private businesses can have any rules they want, if you dont wear a mask in private business, yes u can get tresspassed. Public you are free.

Have to bake the cake against your religion, have to let people tweet your account, have to let them take your free speech rights on twitter which has been ruled a public forum and that your 1st amendment applies as it did against trump blocking people. That's right. The BULLSHIT argument that the 1st does not apply to the "private business" of twitter has been invalidated in court already. As it is ruled a PUBLIC FORUM.

It's crazy how you can use "private property" as an excuse to infringe on HUMAN RIGHTS. But then the second some faggots want to specifically go to a religious business and force them to go against it, the government couldn't care less about your "private property rights".

"Public you are free."

Tell that to the protesters that went to jail for not wearing masks. Sure, you'll get a different charge, but that's why you'll be there.

Stop simping for a tyrannical government, commiefucker. The government refuses you your right to private property in the only situations where it benefits you, and demand it where it hurts you. It should be the opposite. They can legally take your land. "private property" is a great concept. I await the day we get it. Until then, it's just an excuse communists and tyrants hold in front of you while they strip your rights from you.

Let me just suggest that even a private business needs to observe federal ADA reguations. They cant **NOT **serve a Asian person, a Catholic, a person with a disability, in fact many have to modify their access to conform to these regulations. If you discriminate in any of these ways you get massive fines that escalate with continuing violations. THIS INCLUDES MASKS. There is no LAW anywhere that a person MUST WEAR A MASK.

I don't know if they care about a complaint because they're just enforcing that business rule but fuck them! Call the BBB and bitch like a Karen!

Instead of thinking, "I'm only one person, doing x won't matter - we should think, what if everyone did x?" And if the result would be good - start doing it.

I don't think they care, (or maybe some do) but it's not about the result, it's about doing your duty. If enough of us do that, we will make a difference.
