I understand your argument.

But in reality, what will you do when they tell you: Fuck you with your exemption card. Wear mask or don't enter ?

What's your next steps?

Then this has nothing to do with public health or safety...

So they ultimately admit they're tyrants.

That the whole disingenuous position that they care about your health and safety are just lies.

"Wear a mask! It's for the health and safety of others!"

" I can't. I have an exemption"

" Lol fuck you I don't care about your health and safety. Get out..."

So....why even have the policy if they aren't enforcing it but, enforcing something else.

So ultimately they use your health status for reasons to discriminate against you and your business. This is illegal. You cannot discriminate based on religion, creed, sexual orientation and disability. An exemption to wearing a face covering would be considered a disability imo. Therefore, the business would be breaking two laws. The ADA for asking about your health status. And then for unlawful discrimination.

This will be well documented because if you've shopped there before, you have records to show that they've accepted your exemption status before and are selectively enforcing it. This then becomes a weaponzied policy which then turns into abusing the trespass act.

Then you can get them to admit they've allowed others into the store with an exemption. If they lie and say they don't, that's not going to go over well with a judge. If they say they do they just admitted they're selectively discriminating based on health status and exemptions.

What we are describing here is Rosa parks and being told to sit at the back of the bus. People that say "muh private business" are fools. This debate was settled a long ass time ago. Only figures democrats want to keep up their necromancy debates.

This is all cool and I'm all for this.

My only concern and question: How many of you personally ready to go argue, deal with police called on you by the business owners when confrontation reaches a boiling point, then defend your position in courts, etc?

I'm asking all this not to troll you. Just curious how willing are we to stand our ground in real life, not on the forum.

I live in SF and haven't worn a mask in over 8 months. I have left a full shopping cart full of groceries in the line and walked out when a smooth brain told me they wouldn't serve me. Its not that hard.

Don't say none of us are standing up. We are, we just aren't televised.

The fact you imply we are weak here cites how soft you really are.
