What's surprising to me are the Hispanic numbers. I'm willing to bet they only polled Hispanics living in major cities like LA (where critical thinking goes to die).
They probably support it because they are CONSTANTLY cheating on each other. I work in the building trades. All of my coworkers are hispanics.
All the men cheat on their wives. All the women cheat on their husbands. None of them can keep it in their pants. There is endless drama about who they are all currently fucking. They are also all married by age 19.
Working class is above water; Hispanics as a generality do work (you get free riders everywhere but its not very prevalent among Hispanics in my opinion). Also, if it was socio-economic then it wouldn't be -18 but orbit around -11.
Maybe make marriage more difficult rather than being able to get married at a drive through in Vegas

Marriage, divorce, and child support would be based on premarital contracts only and any disputes would be done through private arbitration.
That way everyone has their own ability to decide how serious they want marriage to be.
