Close friend of mine, his wife is a nurse. When this shit first started, she was working all kinds of odd hours, barely getting any sleep. Being told "YOU ARE WORKING IN A WAR ZONE".

When this shit was first going on, she was almost in tears saying things like "I'm not a soldier! I don't belong on the front lines" And I was holding back my own laughter, consoling her saying "you aren't a soldier and you are not on the front lines"

I had worked IT in a hospital a few years back during a bad flu season. I told her "I would go into patients rooms who were REALLY bad from the flu, but I went in there to fix or upgrade the computers in those patient rooms. It's the same thing"

They barely talk to me or my wife anymore.
