Down syndrome people are intellectually handicapped.. on the spectrum of intelligence they often are below 80 on any IQ test. The point of calling Biden supporters or the FBI retarded is not to demonize people with DS, it’s to say Biden supporters and the FBI have an intelligence level lower than people with DS... which makes them retarded.
