Kohl’s is always empty when I go in.
I can never understand their discounts and coupon strategy. Give me the low price. That’s it. None of this get 25% off except for these items. And it’s a Tuesday. After 3pm.

Their prices are much higher than the price they paid at wholesale; thus you receive a “big” discount.
