I never could figure out a way to use it up until deciding to make a Stoned White Russian using the tincture rather than vodka...then came the Stoned Black Russian shot..just 7 drops of tincture and fill the shot glass with Tia Maria (Cheaper but better Kahlua) and let her rip. An hour later it's time to watch thirty minutes to an hour of something super educational like Corner Gas, Last of the Summer Wine, Letterkenny, The Red Green Show, Trailer Park Boys, and the such. Never slept better in my life. It's purely medicinal for me unfortunately...no matter the strain or method, it just leads to wonderful wonderful sleep. Up until discovering this medicine I could go three days without sleep. Not anymore!
If you can, start homeschooling your kids or get them into a good private school ASAP. The public brainwashing system is only going to get worse from here.
Also be aware of the propaganda emanating from Hollywood. It's RIDDLED with propaganda. The best way to combat that is 1. to understand how propaganda works yourself, 2. teach it to your children.

Step 1 is the hardest - you have to pay attention to the details of a movie. Some examples: The casting setup - are the unusual many women? Are the women involved in combat/action? Are they beating up men twice their weight easily? Then add race ratios, who is the good guy and the bad guy, how much faggotry is present, etc. Are suspiciously many black people smart and decent while white people are dumb and behave badly?
But we are long not done yet: Are there many narratives that portray the government as the good guys, which is also competent (FBI/CIA)? Are Chinese people in there, who also happen to be good guys? Pro China propaganda for their overlords. Is the narrative "don't take it personally, it's just business"? Then it's anti-Capitalist propaganda, attempting to paint it as unethical and even murderous. Star Trek for example is Marxist propaganda, an Utopian fantasy where the good guys are the racially diverse Star Fleet, and nobody has to do shit, but everything works more than fine anyway - and the only people who matter at all are part of the government body (and civilians are mostly incompetent nuance).
These are all points that are intentionally put into the movie by its creators. You are supposed to not notice it directly, just subconsciously as details. Repetition (in the sense of many movies doing it) is key to cause normalization.
Step 2 means... your child will be deprived of the magic of movies - at least partly. But that's a price worth paying for. You can only teach what you know - but the goal is to provide the tools necessary to detect it. You should be ready to have conversations about the topics - two sided conversations.
Listening to Shapiro today and he brought up that many in Hollywood would hate to know that the parts that make for good movies are based in conservative values. Mainly that for there to be a hero or hero journey they must be virtuous with a character flaw, object good and evil must exist, and the hero must overcome obstacles by their own ability. Otherwise it isn't a hero story.
