The headline also says that President Trump never proved election fraud in any court, which is true, because the corrupt courts all refused to see the case.

Ima go out on a limb here and not defen Cruz but attempt politician splain this. One of the thing we love about Daddy Trump is that he doesn't do politician/lawyer speak. He says what he thinking is simple terms always and we can trust that he means what he says, no weasel words. To most politicians this is an anathema because they are mostly lawyers come to age in that world and taught to speak that way over knee of court decorum. Was it stupid for him to say this, yes. Was it wrong for a court presentation point of view, no. A good lawyer will always tell their client to shut the hell up and say nothing, a good client will listen. Here Cruse is using lawyer speak to say that his "client" is brash with his words but he is not wrong. I have been side eyeing cruze for some time and this almost turned from him till I actually listen and looked at it through the lense of a lawyer. We have to be careful to not kick our allies to the curb if they don't speak the way we want them too, especially when what they say is in agreement with us. There people out there trying to get us to turn on anyone that supports Trump so they can isolate them. The imposters among us that will attempt to subvet us and divide us. Be mindful.

Absolutely, 100% correct.

Democrats do not treat any of their allies like this. We need to respect that our allies can have different view points. Our real allies push a Constitutional agenda and Cruz no doubt does that.

Democrats, on the other hand, try to get the weak RINOs on their side. The democrats don't care about what a RINO says or does... if they can get them to vote with them just a couple times, then they call off the media dogs. A democrat doesn't care about any decision a RINO makes, they only care about the NEXT decision. They will befriend Hitler if they feel he will push the Party's agenda... and it's because the Marxist party that has taken over the Democrats have absolutely no principles.

Constitutionalists, and most republicans, do not do that. We do care what people say, vote on, do, etc. But we cannot be all or nothing.... or all we will have is nothing.

Cruz is a patriot.

The thing Cruz fails to understand is no one trusts these commissions and investigations. Too many people understand the Russia hoax investigation and Barr cover-up.

We know the election was stolen and we also know an "election commission" is nothing but another cover-up. If you listen to what Cruz and Knowles say about the commission the focus is on restoring the integrity of the election.

Cruz acknowledges election fraud and claims the commission would focus on looking at if fraud was sufficient enough to alter the outcome of the election.

If this was an honest commission Cruz would go on to explain what the process would be if sufficient evidence was found. He doesn't do that because he already knows the sole purpose of commissions/investigations in government is to control what is discover and what is covered up and that's way his focus is on restoring election integrity.

Very good perspective in terms of explanation as to the 180 Cruz has come out with on #45. Thank you Lionkitty. Makes sense.

I have no problem with commissions as a concept and commissions are the language he knows. What we need to keep doing is pushing sunlight on these types of commissions. The secrecy has to end and the entire process made public in real time. We have learned the hard way we can't trust what we can't see and verify because that trust is gone. But we also can't dilute our selves into thinking these types of endeavors could be done with anything other than a fact finding or ivetigative commission. There simply isn't any other vehicle to get it done.

Add the 911 comission to the list of bullshit investigations.

I don’t see how that’s relevant. Cruz thinks Trump repeatedly reminding us that we were being ripped off was reckless and irresponsible, so he(Cruz) didn’t join in.

Well said. Cruz knows how big MAGA is as well and he’s not stupid. Texas loves Trump. I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions in his statement.

Id like to be that optomistic. Something has happened to Cruz. Hard to know what it could be. I listened to his most recent Verdict podcast where he was wound up over #45. It was not rational. It was also a 180 as to where he normally sits on #45. I find it hard to believe its because he contested the 11/3/2020 election and made statement he won by a landslide. For Christs sakes, if you dont beleive the man ASK FOR EVIDENCE. Better yet, READ AND DIGEST the evidence. Even better hold a hearing to LISTEN TO the hundreds of people with sworn affidavits of voter fraud. Its not that difficult. This whole thing is beyond bizarre.

It's not that bizarre, it's just Ted being a fair weather friend. Remember all the things he said about Trump during the 2015 primaries? Even up to showing up at the convention and doing a speech about how he was better than Trump?

Ted's first 180 was that he ever supported Trump at all. And as soon as Trump got forced out, Ted was perfectly happy to 180 again. He's never been on our side, except, perhaps, in that he doesn't seem to be all-in on the cabal and can therefore play nice with whichever side is winning.

Are you this dull? You would support someone like this? This isn’t a court room it’s public opinion. Cruz is a typical politician a weak minded coward. He and others are the reason the dems are in power again.

Ahem.. the dems are in power again because THEY FUCKING CHEATED!

I am going to see what he says in the future before I make my decision on whether he betrayed us or not. 4 years is a long time to see what he does. So far though, it's not looking good.

Waitafriggingminute 3 points ago +5 / -2

Does it really matter if he knows how big the movement is if he doesn't actually agree with it? Just pandering to it doesn't cut it...

We should never trust what politicians said. The only thing can tell a politician’s true color is voting records/proposed bill.

We have to be careful to not kick our allies to the curb

Good luck with that. I've noticed that that's the most popular thing to do around here. I'm pretty sure a lot of people here aren't patriots at all, but posers who are actually shillls or neocons.

trump2O2O 11 points ago +11 / -0

Agreed, and this is what I have been saying all along. Trump lost 50+ times in Court, how many times can he lose is all I keep hearing. Having a case tossed out because of legal standing is a loss sure, but it was never presided over, so he did not lose in court. That's super disingenuous to suggest they are one and the same.

9
dianabrown1 9 points ago +9 / -0

You cannot lose in court if you never got in the door to present IN THE COURTROOM. Thats the bottom line.

I will say one thing: SCOTUS did the American people a huge disservice by even suggesting Texas voters **AND **#45 had no standing to come before them in vote fraud 11/3/2020. That indicates the collusion in judicial system corruption right up to the top floor. If #45 ever wanted to demonstrate to the American people how bad things are in this country he couldnt have delivered a better example.

MehNahMehNah 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's not losing if the courts stick their fingers in their ears and go 'LA LA La' it's being denied a fair hearing.

America1stAndOnly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Right. We should actually be saying that he's undefeated in the courts when it comes to election fraud. That's a true statement too!
