Any Republican who thinks they have a chance (in the states that still actually hold honest elections, the others are highest bidder states) after betraying Trump need only look to Alabama for a glimpse into their future.
Sessions, while a swamp monster turd, was beloved by Alabama until he betrayed Trump. When he tried to get “his” seat back, he was soundly defeated by an Auburn coach, who automatically started out with half (or more) of the voter base disliking him for his football team affiliation.
