You can cross out the 3rd. The government quartered our military in the people’s house in a time of peace, although it now feels like war.

Also, NSA has bugged damn near every bit of tech so why bother paying people to post up in your house and listen? Shit, we've graciously invited them in and told them every tiny detail.

Yes. I'm waiting for the 3rd to be crossed out until I borrow it to spread the knowledge in those internets.

Cross out the third. The Black Hats of the Military - likely receiving their orders from some foreign puppet - protected the unlawful transfer of power from President Trump to Puppet Biden. Troops were unfortunately stationed in DC to fulfill the black hats' unlawful order. Then those Black Hats of the Military ordered the troops, who didn't want to be there protecting the Deep State and foreign-owned Puppet Biden in the first place, to sleep in the Capitol and the parking garages. DC's National Mall is still fenced up, based on what I heard.

They stole the election!! Fuck seriously wtf does it matter about what else they do, everything else is just a fucking cherry on the top. You let them get away with placing a dictator in and the rest is history anyway.

I tell you, know that if Labour would of won in the UK back in 2019 when everyone knew they were going to be crushed the UK would of been burning from top to bottom. Hell were almost ready to pop because of lockdown bullshit.

When did the US loose it's passion to defend freedom? That's suppose to be an American thing, you know Eagle go squawk, A10 go brrrrrrt and Americans scream freedom. I'd say history won't look on you well but that's because Demoscumbags will be rewriting it.

Actually we lost the 3rd too. They are allowed to spy on us (same as quartering soldiers).

I think of the third amendment (even though at the time the British really were forcing people to quarter soldiers) as more of a secret police, privacy violating policies to track dissidents, and we already have that with people voluntarily placing smartphones, and the alexa bullshit.

Article 3?

Tonight. Would you like to house ten or twenty soldiers?

8
Bigger_igloo 8 points ago +8 / -0

Thought you were gonna say migrants. Doesnt specify who said soldier is fighting for.

They’ve spent the last sixty years flooding your country with people so spiritually weak they couldn’t stand up to corruption in their own country, and you wonder why nobody is standing up here?

With Alexa, Bixby, Siri, etc., the 3rd Amendment has been worked around by data collectors. Half the function of "quartering troops" was to put eyes and ears on civilians and keep them in line from within their own home. The 3rd Amendment should be effective as an argument for Castle Doctrine, but, that would hurt the federeral fee fees.

Notice the one they do last lol

I'm guessing Sumptuary Laws are going to make a comeback.

HighVoltage 3 points ago +3 / -0

Seriously, I think #3 is gone because the government spies on us through our phones, televisions, smart watches, and any other device that has a microphone. They haven't quartered their soldiers physically in our homes, but they have committed the same subversive invasion of privacy.

We are at the "Weak men create hard times." point of the story arc. Hopefully a few generations from now, the right will have evolved a spine.

if you can keep it

I’m saying it now. Our congress is invalid and no longer represents its people. It’s corrupted and tainted beyond repair. We need to throw it out and start a new one.

If a thief stole your car is there any reason you should be liable for buying gas for for it?

ZhouBai-Den 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have several Siris quartered in my house. I think Alexa is in my son's bedroom.

2
NotMyGovernor 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's gotten a lot worse than that since this was made. I think we can start going in to the original articles of the constitution now.

Man, finally TurningPointUSA produces something moderately helpful with the millions they have. Bang up job, folks. Now if we just sit on our hands a little longer for our billionaire funders, maybe those Xs will magically go away.

Why again have you not called for mass protests and shutdowns of the economy? Oh yeah, your billionaire funders would not like that.

If you're going to abort the constitution why not just join the commonwealth?

I actually don't mind the Patriot Act. Everything else, on the other hand...yeah, we're due for a second civil war. Maybe a new Confederacy.
